You've been busy - looks like some great training! What was the best thing you've learned so far?

Thanks! It has been going quite well. I definitely learned about the importance of incorporating a time for visualization in your warmup. For me at least it gets me into the right mindset before starting.

What's interesting about these training camps is that when I get together with other competitive people, I start to see much more clearly where I'm losing time and what my strengths are. For instance I did quite well in the contour only course, but in the relocation exercise everyone left me behind.

This is good because it shows me in what direction I need to focus my training. I.e., what the purpose of my sessions should be.

Nice. Thanks for sharing. Your observations on visualization are particularly interesting, I like the way you focus on successfully employing techniques. It sounds like you have a great group to train with, too. Enjoy!

Thank you! I can't really take credit for the visualization. It was something they spoke on at the training camp. But I love to pass on helpful tips.

The guys I train with are great... although sometimes a little too wild.
