Are your mice getting a dose of high altitude training?

I actually put the mice in the chamber at 75% oxygen, so pretty far away from altitude conditions. Not a safe environment for eyes which are still growing. If done in premature human babies, high levels of oxygen can lead to blindness (Stevie Wonder famously suffered from this). I'm doing experiments with mice, and I want to study the pathology of blood vessels in these stressful conditions.
