There is way too much negative chat on this log.
Imagine talking this way to your best friend.
You should treat yourself like your own best friend.
Build confidence all the time by finding the good parts of everything you do and replicating them.
This doesn't mean not striving to be better or making excuses for slurvete atferd.
But it's about the inside job and building yourself into the best you can be inside and out.
Building belief in yourself. Daily.

You are a really skilful orienteer with a very solid training background and good capacity. Where you can do a lot better is this inside job. Not just liking yourself but LOVING YOURSELF and BELIEVING in yourself. As a daily habit!! Probably sounds awkward and disgusting and narcissistic right? Well.. maybe... but it will make you better in everything you do. Seriously! If you think and write down every day that your training is crap then you will believe that. So adjust your training to make it better but adjust this self talk as well. Please! :)
