Yes, haven't done since September or starting to use attackpoint. Injured chest/ribs playing touch in September and only just able to put strain on chest again, still a bit sore.
I was told by my trainer that for every week you have off doing weights it takes a month to recover that weight level. I was "off" for 12 weeks this time last year - and it took me 11 to get fully back and be able to go up even 1kg on that base level. Don't rush it!
