I like the part where you felt the sun on your face and appreciated being out there. that matters. I hope you don't actually get sick.

I actually don't think I am going to get sick! Feel much better today!
Having kids makes me appreciate any moment outdoor on my own. I didn't realise how dependant I was on my "alone time in the forest" until they came along. I love those little buggers, but I feel more zen if I've felt the sun on my face :-) oh, and appreciating the moments you do have is half the battle. I had to learn that one as well. :-)>
