That's an admirable record of rowing. Nice that you can review those old records. But did you realize you can now review all your 'Lifetime Bests' by clicking on your 'History' tab and scrolling down?

Nice job completing the 5k today at varying stroke rates. I kinda lost focus half way through that. And you too can sign up for daily Workout of the Day emails at the very bottom of your Log page.

I did see lifetime bests, which is a bit of a misnomer since it only has 2002 forward, and my rowing lifetime started long before. I was particularly active in 1999-2000 (so the 2000 theoretical rowing year) and had some pretty sparkly times then. Too late to try to match any of those.

The lifetime bests list clued me in that 2005 was a productive place to look, and indeed that was another time I was quite active. Pretty sure that was the year I hurt my hands, putting a crimp in my rowing for quite a while. I had a period where I was rowing over 20K a day, and I developed some very sore bumps on the tendons of the palms of my hands. Took about 2 years for them to calm down and go away, and I am lucky to have no remaining issues with them.
