It's true, I was also disappointed that there was no music or video to do the exercises with. I put on Spotify workout mixes when I do the exercises. They routines get more exciting when they change day to day, but it different than following a video.
My only advice with this thing is to lie to the coach about how hard things are - pretend you're way more out of shape, or it'll ramp up too soon.
Ditto Alex's advice. Coach doesn't think you do anything other than sit on your butt all day, and thus tends to go crazy if you say things were easy.
Ok! Thanks for the advice. I am sore from the test and first workout, so it better not ramp up too quickly. Probably shouldn't have run for 45 min doing the test.
