Yeah Matt and I did a bit over last winter (though I was pretty poor at it) and he's getting bike fit again so it seemed like I might as well. We were a bit sporadic in November December but should be better for the next few months.

You get so tired though! And it's the start of term. I'm torn between thinking you're crazy or wishing I had your determination.

It's more that in term some days are so busy you can do it accidentally
