hell were you doing on the way to #2! You only had to follow a path to a track. The mistake on #3 was a beauty.
It was a surprisingly enjoyable area though, wasn't it, pity the map was suspect, some very curious vegetation mapping.
It all seemed very logical at the time. Even going in a second time when nothing was making sense and so instead adjusting my search to align with the direction of run...
Agreed; some nice bits of wood but several instances where map interpretation, nay derivation was a required skill.
if you look at all the GPS tracks entered for that leg, #2, on Blue and Brown, you'll see that all - except for mine - diverge from the path at the north end, something wrong there. (Mine doesn't diverge because I made it fit, but originally it did exactly the same as the others.)
