What races are you doing?
Was going to do IMNZ, now with my hamstring pull I'm going to pull the plug and see if they can roll my money to another event or next year. Escape From Alcatraz June 12th. I need to really work on flexibility I never been very flexible and as I get older I notice its getting worst. I need to find a good yoga class and really work on flexibility as I notice my biking has dropped and I'm sure that has a lot to do with it.
yeah, I stretch after I do my weight lifting.
