Did it solve itself?
I've had sore/tight triceps/upper arm since Saturday as well and Gina reported the same thing in her left arm (being left handed). I wonder did it have something to do with the training in the morning somehow.
It gets sore overnight, and then loosens out during the day. Slightly better day by day. Kinda random that we've all had something similar but can't think of what might have caused it! Running downhill fast through terrain?
