How can you do the whole deal in one hour and it takes the mighty Grandpa Lefty two hours?
I am a slow weightlifter. I see you can do it in 15 minutes.
My daily routine is (at least) 25 push-ups, 75-100 bicycle sit-ups, 5-10 pull-ups. 5:00
Unless I go to the gym or something fancy...
Now I got Toivo and Emily complaining about how quickly I finish.
