It does not appear that you get much of that with both late night and early morning workouts.
Well work 9-6 then Zoe bedtime routine then study then training. Slowly winding bedtime back cause I prefer to train early morning than late at night. Leads to eating near midnight poor sleep etc..
Need to get running at lunchtime. It was where I did most of my run training back in 2011 ahead of my first IM
Mike I know you started into the latenight training partly because of AR but can you switch it around and start at say 5/6am so your evenings are family & study?
Or at least an 'easy' session such as recovery run or S&C
That's the plan. 5am sessions will be the goal. Just have to SIU and get on with it! Bloody jaded today though
