Glad you are feeling better, and you are fortunate that you have that great series of meets so all is not lost. Btw, I signed up for the march madness in Albuquerque...not really thinking I'm going to be very competitive but it should be good experience. 65-69 next year!

Thanks
Good on you- I can't make it due to work commitment- what are you running -1500?
Btw do you turn 65 in time for 2017 indoor or outdoor season or you have a late in the year bd like me?

too bad you can't make it. Eventually we should bump into each other if we manage to keep running. The event is a mile. oh,oh...i thought it was like orienteering, you get the year your birthday is in. well, then i'll likely be 65 for outdoors in 2017. Maybe a late in the year birthday is not so bad, almost like a very early in the year one!

Someday yes!
Good luck with it. Steve Chantry looks to have early season form with a 5:12 1500m
Nice to look forward to the next age group anyhow with a fresh set of performance standards, although USATF does go by actual birthdate, unlike O and the NSG.
