that you're back into it. Take it easy and build the base up again for a few weeks. A couple short, quick sessions with strides per week would be great too to teach your legs what to do again.
Thanks Patrick! I'm taking advantage of my time here in Ottawa and not turning down the chance to train with the crew here. Maybe not the best for the body but I figure the pros outweigh the cons :) I'll get back to a better routine of taking care of the small stuff when I get back to Calgary next week.
