Just logged my first run in a very long time... ouch is all I have to say.

My goal for the new year is a 20-min training session each day. 7 for 7 so far!
Great goal! Remember when 20 min of training a day was a no brainer and it was more like 1 - 2 hrs.. Oh all that free time eh:) Lets see if we can plan out a morning run some time soon. Doing 5-7km's at the moment but will be at 10km in another 2 weeks.
