keep it up! you're a star! you're on the way to a deck full of victory points--nevermind that lame torturer

also I'm doing it too and you don't see me complaining. except for the plank I don't see how anyone could do that length of time without imploding

How long is this challenge supposed to run before there's a rest day or at least a deescalation?

It escalated again on Sunday, but I don't have the new numbers yet and I unilaterally deescalated this morning. You're apparently allowed to take one day off per week.

35 push-ups
15 tricep push-ups
2.5 minute plank
2.5 minute wall sit
45 squats
30 figure 8's

everyone on my team is doing it, kind of as a solidarity thing because we're all training in isolation over winter break. but every week we add more reps or more time, and the goal is to try to see how strong you can get and how far you can push yourself (not to the point of injury, of course). this week my captains also sent out an email acknowledging how difficult the challenge is getting, and that it might be hard to maintain proper form. if this was the case, they suggested we try to break it up and increase it over the week (so starting out the week with 3 sets of 10 pushups, try to move up to 3 sets of 11 pushups after a couple days).
