You're getting stronger, that is good! It took me 2min to do 1 set of 25 and I was sore for days. You must be better at the push-up part than I am from skiing. Oh, speaking of skiing, it snowed here! Yuppie:)

So, the video of the incredibly-ripped-guy-without-his-shirt shows him lifting his chest off the floor before straightening his arms and hopping his feet forward, so I took that to mean that I'm allowed to use my back muscles instead of my arm muscles to get my chest up off the floor, and once my arms are relatively straight, my core can take over. So, no real pushup action for me. That's probably totally wrong.

I do it that way, too, basically. Couldn't get through them otherwise!
