If pain is worsening it is time to take a brake, it could be just shoes, or it could be some other small ligament or muscle issue. Take brake from running for a week or so, massage the problem area every day.

If you were 100%, I would invite you for a long and leisurely run ~ 2 hours, now I have to do it alone.
