You kept me honest all the way in to the finish line! I know the trails were muddy and you sometimes had to focus on staying on your feet but try to use the trail runs to look ahead, not only the next control but a few beyond if possible, and possible route choices and/or big features to look for.

Yes looking ahead would have definitely helped my flow/helped me make better decisions regarding route choice! I will try and focus on that in the upcoming races.
