I would be of the opinion why do something like that when you could just go orienteering, way more fun.

Thousand Rep Circuit.... Keep it to body weight has a slightly more sinister ring to it.
With body weight, you cant claim "i need a gym to do it"

Push ups
Sit ups
Pull ups
Dips
Air squats
Pistol squats
Burpies
Mountain climbers
Box jumps
Tuck jumps

I think I would need a crash mat for the tuck jumps given the number of times I would hit the deck! Also what the hell is an air squat?
