Sitting down activities are the order of the day due to heat and injury.
Drawing up a new map using field work notes from yesterday
Watching a film- finally got round to the latest Star Wars. I reckon the film writers saved on the script writing and recyled the first film. But it did mean an air conditioned room at the peak of the heat
Reading - Arctic exploration seemed the best option

Arctic exploration and ice climbing films are great on hot days. I hope there was also cake (or alcohol) involved.
