Oh, yeah, this was more of a 4. I logged this on my phone at the pizza place, so it wasn't my usual, and I missed the intensity part.
Also... I was kinda mad at myself for skipping the track workout on Monday (it was raining and football was on TV), so I wanted to keep the pace up and go sub-38 for the run.
Since volleyball season starts up on Tuesday, I'll flip over to the Monday track workouts starting next week.
PS: I only log a 5 when I look like Will after a run.
I only have two intensities: "Try to beat Eric today" intensity, and "Eric's not racing today" intensity. (Substitute/add Jourdan and Peteris where applicable.)
