From Monday and today I am too. Just sneezed. It was not fun.

I like doing that stuff but not the feeling afterwards so the obvious solution is to DO MORE! Sell me on freeletics.

Also, NP was actually pretty fun provided you had gloves to change in to. More burpees and the Bojans are pretty fun. Kind of playing in the snow but it hurts now. But it hurts. Not really possible to run anywhere today, I don't think. Boo.

I don't know that I want to even try to sell it. It's not specific to anything, other than just random exercises to make you tired. But, if you need motivation to do more strength, it works, and sometimes something is better than nothing. It's free, so you could do a workout and see how you like it.

Running in the woods would have been fine.

I didn't have other gloves, and didn't want to soak the ones I needed to get me in to work. Whine.
