F ME! I went out to ride and the wind came up. gusts over 40 blowing me off the road. at one point i was pedaling into the headwind and going 9.5 mph. I wanted to get off and walk!
I caught it in the face for the last of a set of 1/2 mile repeats. Brutal.
A hill workout in disguise! Half my run was into the wind, think I was dropping down to 10 min pace, crazy. I would bet my HR was all over the place.
