Those 800 and 5km times are seriously quick! If you run a 2 min 800 you should be able to run pretty close to 4 for 1500m

Another goal to add: avoid getting whitewashed by South Africans ;)

It's Me vs Brad in the race for sub-2.

Some of the goals are more doable than others, because for example I don't have a 1500m time, and I want a reasonable benchmark.
Still, none are a give for me at the moment. Should be a fun year.

O-ing:
A track 5000m is very difficult. Just so boring. Try and get a flat or slightly downhill, and the wind behind you, accurately measured (certified) road race with lots of fast people (but not too many so you can't get a clear run).
