Good luck at the Burdens. What leg are you doing? You'll be super fast with all the speed work you've been doing!
Leg 3, but with a new, much better route. Not sure about fast though - started the speed work far too late!

I know Karen from cross country about 20 years ago! She'll be strongest on uphills and flat sections.
