I'm being very cautious! Jules said to only start running when I can hop lots. It's improved massively but I'm hoping that by being sensible this week it won't drag on for too long!

Hope it sorts itself quickly, but definitely better being cautious. With all the frozen stuff out there too at the moment, calfs take quite a pounding I'm finding!

Awh sounds like a good plan if it's not 100% yet - wishing a speedy recovery back into the forest!
