whoa, 8am run in the cold . . . I did in fact whimp out this morning but knew I would have time this afternoon, at least in the sun. It was probably quite nice this morning for a run. Non-runners often think we are completely insane, but they don't realize that the body heats up pretty nicely. Evolution and/or God has equipped us very well to survive the cold . . . as long as we keep moving . . . and thus able to hunt and forage for those calories, so we can keep moving . . . and hunt and forage . . . and keep moving. OK, got lost there in the iterative loop of survival!
anyway, did the cold affect your knee, what is going on?
knees just showing signs of overuse... who knows. no biking for a week, first week in almost a year, maybe related...and maybe the cushier shoes are messing w my stride. hope you got your run in, the sun should help.
the nb 908 are more cushioned, the youtube doesn't mention cushioning as a design feature, except for the insoles. how does it feel on the metatarsalgia? looks like forefoot distributes impact wider outsole, so maybe that helps. . . .https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-IOrx30ZmM
off to run now, just like a spring day out there!
helps the metatarsals, otherwise clunky. not as bad as some.
