Than when I ran it, even without entanglement en route. People were running up all sorts of thing and down as many different things there. I wish I could recognize those types of legs better.
Thanks, Jens. But I still have to blame a lot on my own distraction. I just knew I was going over the big hill instead of the smaller one, but I just couldn't convince myself to turn, turn, turn and go farther to the right. Moral: don't waste your brain thinking up smart-alec puns to respond to the first orienteer who comments on your bloody face. Hey, at least I kept all of my remaining teeth this time!
