Oof. Wouldn't say that's the best plan. My understanding is you will convert your muscle to fat.

Haha, no I'm not actually planning on doing the Special K method - I never looked into it, but it always struck me as a very unhealthy way to go about it.

Consistent running should help drop my weight a little. But otherwise, some diet changes, mostly being more strict as opposed to actually eliminating anything. But also some minor eliminations.
I amn't actually starting just yet however.

I would love to be sub 70, but that's not too realistic unless I drop muscle.

Phew. Yeah I can't imagine it being a good idea. Someone in work did it before so I had heard of it and he was telling me how much it was working.

I cut out sugar and dropped like 4kg in two weeks. That was pretty tough though and I didn't last. The weight seems to have stayed off at the same time.

Special 21K diet will work wonders.

And what would that diet consist of?

ColmM:
(Non-natural) Sugar is a must-drop. So needless.

The special 21k diet consists of eating 21k a day for morning mileage.
One of the toughest diets I've heard of. Especially since the serious guys do the evening sessions too.

Supposed to work wonders though.

Dropping weight, fairly easy
Keeping energy levels up to bash out good mileage, fairly easy

Both, bit of a bitch!

I found that by running more and keeping life at a high enough tempo, you just burn everything
