Noooooo! don't fast, just creates yo-yo effect...just keep burning, eat sensible! and slooooooowly the #'s melt away. Right?
oh I meant "intermittent fast", which for me means eating regularly till 3pm, then evening just green powder hot toddy and some protein . . . but I couldn't even do that! cold snowy days activate my survival genes . . . my body fears starvation in the cold and tells me to pack on the Kcals. fighting 100K years of evolution . . . I lose every time. haha.
cold weather doing that to me too. have been eating more chocolate products, stimulates my metabolism. cocoa powder has virtually zero calories i believe.
i had cut way back, cuz did not want to become dependant on the kick, but seems appropriate to the season.
