Hmm. I think normally I would just rank it as lower intensity but I know it took you a long time to tie the punches on and then hang the flag with your mitts. I might only log the time that you were moving if it is a significant slow down.

lots of fun last night. great turn out again. We should set up some corridor training on that map for you and AG! before Vancouver camp.
