I've listened to that podcast on an elliptical trainer too!

Great minds think alike! I alternate between This America Life and Freakonomics. Both are entertaining, but don't require 100% focus.

Any other suggestions?

Ooh, my specialty! My favorite right now is Call Your Girlfriend which is a usually hilarious conversation between two friends. Not quite as educational probably as your other two. Serial is an obvious choice, especially if you like TAL. Reply All is about internet related stuff usually with a sort of human interest angle. Mystery Show is delightful. Gastropod is a food show where they talk about the history and science of one topic per show. Limetown is suspensful fiction. I'm only part way through but Women of the Hour is Lena Dunham's podcast and I'm finding it really enjoyable. You Must Remember This is about Hollywood history but that might require too much focus. Quirks and Quarks is the best science show. No Such Thing as a Fish is hilarious and also does not require much attention.

The flop house. A couple of writers from the Daily Show sit in their apartment and talk about a terrible movie that they just watched. Always hilarious.

Oo! Yes.

Note to Self, Planet Money (not as boring as you'd think), RadioLab, Hidden Brain, and if you're feeling silly, Ask Me Another.

Fun! Make sure you start Serial at the beginning of either series. Same with Limetown.

I've actually listened to Serial already... I love it! I don't like starting anything in the middle, so I set BeyondPod to download in order... see how it works! See how long it takes me to get through this list :)
