Did you find out that you have a food allergy or something similar?
No, nothing like that. I've just been on a 2200 kcal healthy eating plan for the last month, and though I thought I ate healthily before something in my diet previously may have been the cause, as my stomach issues definitely seem to be retreating. Even with the nerves of my first time on the track it was fine yesterday, which has to be a first. I don't know what the change is that's gotten rid of them though!
