I eat like a crazed person sometimes, but I think I'm now slowly substituting fat for leg muscle, and looking at myself I'm pretty happy with the result so far. Some upper body would help balance 'the look' a bit, but I'm looking forward to wearing my kilt on Tartan Day!

Good luck with your quest. Net negative calories is difficult! We're not designed for that to be a 'good thing'.
