Če hočeš odziv, mora bit obremenitev iste mišice vsakih 48 do 72 ur. Ko boš delal v fitnesu, imej to v mislih, ker če čez 3 dni doma ne boš naredil drugih vaj (npr. z lastno težo) za iste mišice, ne bo pravega učinka.
