...found myself wishing I had the leaf blower instead of the snow shovel while we were building snow forts. Tough to get it to pack or set up for bricks.

A snowblower wouldn't work on our driveway around our cars.
While I see their usefulness, I am not a fan of snowblowers. And, even though I get tired & sore from it, I actually enjoy shoveling. Minnesota memories, I guess.

Chuckle...I wasn't thinking of a snowblower, but something along the lines of a giant air hose would have been really handy this morning. The snow just seemed to blow off my shovel when I was trying to stack it for the snow fort. Not a snowblower fan, either. Too noisy.

Yes, the snow was light enough yesterday morning that blowing it would have worked. If you blew it in the right direction!

It was really nice this morning - just carve out what you need and stack the chunk where you want it. I think we were just excitable yesterday, having the patience to wait until today would have made it a lot easier.

Clearly, you don't have a long driveway like we do. We couldn't survived with a snow blower. Just spent 4.5 hours shoveling and snow blowing our driveway and 2 of our neighbors. We didn't do the court because without the road being plowed there is no where to go. We did snow blow a loop around the court so the mail person could get to the mail boxes on the off chance they come. Usually when we do the loop it get plowed in.
