Thanks. Not 100% but over the Influenza bit. Never had a dose of anything llike it. Have to hand in my first ever sick cert for work in my career!

So is teh hour of power on the erg the same as a hour functional threshold power? As in you empty the tank over the 60 mins or is it a sweet spot capped rate or capped effort?

I don't have a strong physiological definition for hour of power. It's just low rate (16-22) with firm to very firm pressure. No need to empty the tank though. If I was averaging more like 1:56 instead of 2:00, I'd call it an hour of power.
