8km of which is skiing.... :p
Therefore you could say you are having a worse winter training! ;)
Difference is I was fully fit then mashing out "huge" training... Now I'm a physiological wreck yet on double the hours ;)
Although two of those hours are commuting :p

And well over 2 hours is rolling ;) Sorry i'll stop now, keep at it mate ;)
Rolling is important :( and my commute is speedy :( I'm on the way up ;)
