I hope you get over the "sick" fast and that you don't have whatever I've got. This is as long lasting a cold as I've had in a number of years.
Also, good luck with the JNT application! If you can keep up the O training as well as your running, and stay healthy, you've got a lot of potential in this crazy sport.
Thanks Mike, I'm going to give it a go today to see how I feel, I think it is just a cold, and nothing else with it.
Don't push too hard until it clears up. You don't want to get a worse respiratory infection.
