I'm planning for Saturday/Sunday to be back-to-back hard days. One day will be in the gym and the other day doing running intervals of some sort, hopefully at Discovery.

Oh, but I see you have track on Monday. I wouldn't suggest 3 days in a row of intensity, since that puts you in the injury danger zone, and the quality of your workouts will diminish. Imagine getting a knee problem right before Sprint Camp! That'd be terrible!!
Though I guess Sprint Camp is 3 days...
The Friday at Sprint Camp doesn't count too much. I've learned to go super easy in the first training sesh, and then push it a little in the first race.
Perhaps I'll just run the 6 Bridges route home from your house on Saturday.
