Maybe still feeling the effects of the cold? Can last a few days especially if it was in your chest. Eat lots of fruit, drink lots of liquid and get lots of sleep. Better to take a day or two off running and recover then ruin all the good training you've been doing by going down with a virus...

Yeh I've been doing all those things more than usual at the moment so should be ok. Took last week off to get rid of any illness and feeling pretty much fine now but could still be lingering a little I guess. Think I overeacted to a bad session as well, was probably slightly better than I said.
