Yeah, good job getting intervals in!

Also, check out this YouTube playlist with Judith Wyder (orienteer) showing some great strength exercises you can do with stairs, a ball, and latex bands. You may have seen me post some of these on Linnea's Fb wall. :)

Stairs are free and latex bands are cheap!
