You definitely don' want one of them...... gets in the way of all idea of training properly!!!!
Hear hear. Although i reckon two days a week of work helps avoid over training; -)
I'm with Chas on that one - 2 days would be cool . 3 OK. 4 too much. 5 = the end of my life as I know it!!!!!
what about 6 or 7? that's what it feels like sometimes
You're working for free there mate..... anyone who does > 40 / 45 hours a week is basically giving their life away....... not for me! (but I'm financially .... lucky).
I'm working from 5:00/5:30pm Saturday eve to 1:00/1:30am sunday morning, tho - gigging.
So will be tired at BKO event sunday. But that's fine - I will chill Monday - why? - NO JOB.
I think you need to step up your hours-at-work Charlie, you're still getting injuries.
Undy that's true but i reckon I would still get injuries if working full time. However I would then struggle to fit in the cross (basically cycling ) training.
Also i wouldn't be able to watch Andy Murray this morning; -)
