It's a good thing your legs didn't cramp up much earlier...
After few (if any) log posts of running for weeks, your first being 16+ km was an eye opener.

Yeah, lol barely made it. It was unfortunate that most of it was on pavement....

You should start with 5-7km runs and workouts at the beginning can be short, fast ones. Start adding longer runs after 5-8 weeks.
