Thanks guys. I'm following the Pfitzinger plan very closely now - it certainly seems to be working very well this time - so it's another big week to come now, with a "recovery" week after that.
Not really sure why things seem to be going so well - the only real changes since last time are a bit of a step-up in the mileage (I was doing the <55 mile/week plan last time, now I'm mainly following the <70 mile/week plan), and I'm also eating much better now - very little sugar, plenty of carbs and protein (and I'm about 4kg lighter than this point last time).
Just need to keep this momentum going for another 10 weeks...

Could you point me in the direction of the Pfitzinger plan? Do you have a book you'd recommend? I've entered Copenhagen (end of May) and I'm also going to be chasing a sub 3h. I think some structure would definitely help in the next few months!
