Usually about a 2min run with some dynamic stretches.

if your doing hill reps or intervals, I'd probably make it more like 10 warm up, 10 warm down, because your going harder from the get go, so more chance of injuring muscles that aren't properly warmed up.

Yeah I will remember this for next time. Felt like I needed the heart rate a bit higher too before I started.
