Well done for today Paul.

I have made quite a few errors myself and was quite tired, but #23 wasn't that bad for me - however having seen the amount if detail in the circle I actually cautiously attacked it from the south - there was a gap of rough open in between the greens, that was mapped quite well and coming in through there one could see the control on the right. I was also cautious with #5 seeing it was somewhere in the middle of the rough I did not want to just take an approximate distance so took a bearing from the end of the ditch to the west of the control. Granted, I was probably running much slower than you were whilst I was doing it all!

It was a good area though and I thought it was generally well mapped and the course was quite well planned and enjoyable. I can get bored on a lot of the longer courses towards the end but this kept me on my toes all the way.

I totally agree about the course and area. It's always a nice place to run on and I never got bored with the planning.
I ended up an extra thicket to the S on #23 but should have looked at the much larger feature of the re entrant that would have taken me into the right clearing.
Well done on a good weekends training. Keep it up.
