2:00 rest, jogged the 200m . . . should add that to log since it's pretty important . . .

I just ran the first at what I considered a "reasonable" speed, not really trying to go fast, and saw the 48. then I thought I should slow down some and saw the 50, then I remembered I was supposed to be working on leg speed, so the rest of them, I just picked up my knees high and landed midsole, concentrated on my footplacement. found I had to rock to the right to get my right foot to plant properly, probably due to my chronically stiff right hip. hopefully can smooth that out, felt like I was rocking left and right too much. but that foot placement helped my achilles feel better, like more solid pushoff, so I think it is all in my right hip.

overall, I was really happy with the set, really really good to just let it fly a bit, air out the legs, so to speak. oh it just does my sole good. that said, I don't think I could have gone much much faster, I feel I could have cranked out maybe one 40 at the end if I really pushed it. I was out of breath at the end of each rep, so high end fitness is definitely low. I really love 200m reps. can't wait till the next workout. probably Fri. give me two days inbetween to rest up.
